Aarambh provides services involving government filings, expert consultation, and third-party costs. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness to clients while considering operational realities.

1. General Policy

  • All payments are service fees toward consultation, drafting, document preparation, and filing assistance.
  • Once a service request has been initiated, resources and time are allocated immediately. Full refunds are rarely possible unless no work has been started.
  • Government filing fees, stamp duties, and statutory payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • 👉 Initial token payment of ₹499 is strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Submit cancellation requests via email to support@Aarambh.com within 24 hours of order.
  • If no work has started, a full refund minus payment gateway charges will be processed.
  • If partial work has started (consultation, document review, drafts), a proportionate refund may be granted.
  • If services have progressed to government filing, no cancellation or refund is possible.

3. Refund Eligibility and Scenarios

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Duplicate or excess payment occurs.
  • Services are not started within specified time due to our delay.
  • We fail to deliver the promised service solely due to our fault.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Delays or rejections by authorities occur due to incorrect or incomplete client information.
  • Clients fail to provide documents, signatures, clarifications, or cooperation on time.
  • Client changes mind after work begins or drafts are prepared.
  • Government rejections arise for reasons beyond our control.

4. Mode and Timeline of Refund

  • Refunds use the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway.
  • Email confirmation will be sent when a refund is initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • AI-based Name Check reports.
  • Government challans, statutory fees, or stamp duties paid on your behalf.
  • Consultancy or advisory sessions once delivered.
  • Customized document drafts or filings once prepared.

6. Dispute Resolution for Refunds

If you are dissatisfied, email us at support@Aarambh.com with details. We aim to resolve grievances promptly through internal review. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under our Terms and Conditions.
